The BiNDT has been granted the authority to deliver a CM apprenticeship scheme marking a meaningful recognition of the need to shift from breakdown capability to the management of uptime. Applause please!

I other news there is now a Working Group looking at a PCN qualification for General Condition Monitoring to recognise non-practitioners who deal with CM issues routinely in their working life. This will enable competent individuals to seek third party verification and assurance to demonstrate that they are competent to make decisions about plant maintenance based upon their assessment of the complete CM data story.
