Certification to international standards or overview and awareness

Lubricants, lubrication and oil based condition monitoring - Plus Vibration Analysis; Thermography; Ultrasonics; + General Condition Monitoring Theory

Certification and Compliance to ISO 18436 part 4 – In-field lubricant analysis with BiNDT approved PCN examination and certification.

Certification in CM activities is required for companies who operate to high standards of quality in maintenance and is reflected in standards like the ISO 55000 Asset Management Series, widely regarded as the parent standard for condition monitoring.

We have also developed in conjunction with our friends at KEW Engineering, a course to deliver the excellent MLE certification which bridges lubrication, oil analysis and asset management, to complete your training as a fully rounded lubrication engineer.

Management Workshops

Changing attitudes and behaviour is not easy however maintenance management workshops can be used to great effect by engaging with those who you need to bring with you. We have a great belief that the culture of maintenance comes from within and when change is required, often the management of change is where the process needs a little help – targeted workshops are one really useful way to achieve this!

The value of the person in maintenance culture cannot be underestimated.
